Why now

Texas landowners are sitting on the most valuable AI infrastructure asset there is.

The build-out of AI compute in 2026–2030 is constrained by two things: power and water. Texas has both — but only on the right parcels.

Rural land near transmission corridors, with adequate humidity for atmospheric water generation and a clean title chain, is now the rate-limiting input for an entire industry. Aguasol is acquiring it, one parcel at a time, on terms designed for landowners.

What we look for

Acreage

5+ contiguous acres with reasonable access. Larger parcels open to multi-block deployments.

Grid proximity

On-property substation, or within 1–3 miles of an ERCOT transmission line.

Water context

Humidity profile suitable for AWG. Existing well or municipal access is a plus, not required.

Title clarity

Clean chain of title, no significant easements that block development.

Topology

Reasonably level pad area — minor grading is fine.

Zoning

Agricultural, industrial, or unzoned. We handle re-classification where needed.
