Modular data center deployment integrated with solar

The thesis

Zero grid. Zero municipal water.
All Texas.

The AI build-out is colliding with two limits Texas knows well: a stressed grid and finite water. We resolve both at the source — solar generation behind the meter, atmospheric water from the air, and modular compute next to where the energy is made.

System specifications

Engineered to ship — not just to spec.

A reference deployment of the Aguasol full stack at typical landowner-program scale.

Time to deploy
90days

From signed land lease to first watt.

On-site water
10k+gal/day

Atmospheric, no municipal hookup.

PUE target
1.15

Solar-paired modular cooling.

Behind-the-meter capacity
10–50MW

Modular blocks, scalable.

Water-integrated

Pull water from the air. Power it with the sun.

Compute at scale needs water — for cooling, for humidification, for the people running it. In drought-stressed Texas, that's a problem.

Through our partnership with Aquaria, every Aguasol commercial deployment can include atmospheric water generation. We engineer the AWG array alongside the solar field, monitor it on the same dashboard as the power stack, and warranty both as one system.

Landowner program

Land near a transmission line is the new oil lease.

Aguasol is acquiring 5+ acre parcels across Texas to host modular data centers and AWG arrays. You lease the land. We design, permit, build, and operate. You collect base rent plus revenue share.

Minimum acreage
5acres
Lease term
20–30years
Base rent
$2k–$8k/acre/yr

Why Aguasol

Texas-native. Veteran-led. Licensed to build it all.

01

Single accountable contract

One licensed EPC for solar, storage, water, charging, and modular compute. No GC stack, no integration risk passed to the customer.

02

Texas grid, Texas crew

Fort Worth headquarters, Texas-based field teams, and operating familiarity with ERCOT interconnection requirements down to the substation.

03

Veteran discipline

Founded by an Army Engineer Captain. Project management runs like an operations order — milestones, contingencies, after-action reports.

04

Water you actually own

Atmospheric water generation means independence from municipal supply. Critical for Texas data centers in 2026 and beyond.

05

Real revenue share

On the landowner program, you don't just collect rent — you participate in the upside of the compute and water credits the site produces.

06

Long-tenured partnerships

Aquaria for atmospheric water. FranklinWH and Tesla Energy for storage. Enphase for microinverters and IQ Battery. Silfab Solar for North American modules. Real relationships, not logo soup.

Partner ecosystem

The full stack only works because of the team behind it.
