Information we collect
We collect information you submit through forms on this website (name, email, phone, address, parcel details for landowner submissions, facility details for commercial inquiries) and basic analytics data (page views, referrers).
How we use it
Form submissions route to the Aguasol team handling that track. We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry, design a proposal where applicable, and follow up. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Sharing
We share information with named partners only when necessary to fulfill your request — for example, sharing facility specifications with our atmospheric water generation partner Aquaria when designing an integrated system. We require all partners to handle the information confidentially.
Retention
We retain customer records for the duration of the engagement and for the time required by applicable law. Landowner submissions that don't result in an option agreement are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep them.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@aguasol.energy.
