Modular AI infrastructure
Zero grid. Zero municipal water. All Texas.
The only modular AI data center EPC in Texas that builds behind the meter, cools with atmospheric water, and ships in 90 days.
The thesis
The AI build-out is colliding with two limits Texas knows well.
A stressed grid and finite water. We resolve both at the source — solar generation behind the meter, atmospheric water from the air, and modular compute next to where the energy is made.
01
Behind-the-meter
Each block runs primarily on dedicated solar + storage with grid as backup, not primary supply. ERCOT exposure becomes optional, not foundational.
02
Atmospheric water
Cooling water is generated on-site from ambient humidity via Aquaria units. Zero draw on aquifers or municipal supply.
03
Modular by design
Each block is a self-contained 40-foot module. Capacity scales by adding blocks, not by overbuilding day one.
04
Texas-native
Site selection, county filings, ERCOT interconnection, and labor — all in Texas, by Texans.
05
Single EPC
We design, procure, build, and operate the full stack. No GC stitching three vendors together.
06
Veteran-led
Founded by an Army Engineer Captain. Project execution runs like an operations order.

The architecture
One pad. Four utilities.
All under one EPC.
Solar generation. Battery storage. Atmospheric water. Modular compute. Designed as a single integrated system, with a single point of contract and a single phone number to call.

Atmospheric water only.
From signed land lease.
Solar/grid backup.
Battery duration.
Direct-to-chip optional.
90-day deployment
From land lease to first watt.
The modular form factor and pre-engineered building blocks compress a 24-month traditional data center timeline into a 90-day campaign.
Day 0
Land lease executed
Site selected, terms locked, option exercised.
Days 1–30
Civil and interconnection
Site grading, foundation, utility coordination, ERCOT interconnection paperwork in flight.
Days 30–60
Modules arrive
Pre-fabricated compute, power, and AWG blocks delivered. Cabling and mechanical hookups begin.
Days 60–90
Commissioning
Solar + storage commissioned. AWG commissioned. Compute pods brought online block by block.
Day 90
First watt delivered
PTO complete, full operational handoff or hosting begins.
