Modular changes the math. Pre-engineered compute, power, and AWG blocks ship as complete units. On-site work becomes civil, electrical hookup, and commissioning — measured in weeks, not years.
Phase by phase
What happens in each 30-day block.
Days 0–10
Mobilization
Land lease executed, permit applications filed with the AHJ, ERCOT interconnection coordination begins, equipment orders placed. Site survey and geotech completed in parallel.
Days 10–30
Civil & foundations
Site grading, access road, foundation pours for compute and power blocks. Underground conduits, water tank pads. Solar array racking begins on a parallel crew.
Days 30–45
Module delivery
Pre-fabricated modules arrive on flatbeds. Compute pods, power skids, AWG units, and battery containers set on foundations. Mechanical and electrical hookups begin.
Days 45–70
Solar + storage commissioning
PV strings energized and tested. Battery storage commissioned and tied into the campus microgrid. AWG units brought online; water quality validation begins.
Days 70–85
Compute commissioning
Compute pods energized block by block. Network and out-of-band management commissioned. Workload onboarding begins for hosted customers.
Days 85–90
PTO & handoff
Permission to Operate filed. Final commissioning report delivered. Operations transition: ongoing monitoring and on-call response by Aguasol crew.
