Commercial / On-site compute

Modular AI compute, behind your meter.

If you have surplus generation and a slab to put a container on, you have the start of a data center. We build it, lease the capacity, share revenue.

Monetize the surplus

Most C&I solar leaves money on the table after sundown.

Your facility generates power during the day and consumes it inconsistently. Net metering credits help, but the spread between what you sell and what you buy back is widening.

On-site compute changes the equation. Modular AI capacity hosted behind your meter consumes your generation locally — paying you a hosting rate higher than what you'd earn exporting it. We design, build, and operate the compute pod. You collect revenue.

How the deal works

Three commercial structures.

Lowest commitment

Hosting

  • Aguasol owns the compute pod.
  • You provide land, power, water, and security.
  • Earn a fixed hosting fee per kW per month.
  • Best for facilities new to data center economics.

Most popular

Revenue share

  • Aguasol owns and operates.
  • You earn a percentage of compute revenue.
  • Upside if utilization climbs.
  • Aligned incentives, shared risk.

Highest upside

Owned

  • You finance the pod, Aguasol builds and operates.
  • 100% of compute revenue accrues to you.
  • ITC and depreciation flow to you.
  • Best for sophisticated facility owners.
